PTC management realizes that the most comprehensive evidence-based COVID-19 prevention policies have little chance of succeeding without a sense of ownership across the entire PTC Community. This culture of personal responsibility is enriched by strong, consistent lines of communication. Through a robust educational model and regular communications in the form of updates, clarifications, letters of encouragement, and reports on results relative to our Return to Campus initiative, PTC employees and students will gain a solid understanding of what is at stake and how we can best protect each other from the coronavirus.
By building an awareness of the role that each and every person plays in influencing the outcome of our Return to Campus Plan, we believe that our community will see the vital connection between policies and personal behavior—which is the linchpin in ensuring the success of our steady migration back to campus.
“A thorough, well-executed Return to Campus Plan, paired with open and steady communications, will pave the way for PTC to continue to offer its special brand of on-ground education and service to its students.”
